EPRI Structure Tampering Security Sensor

Transmission Structure Security Sensor: This task is developing an RF sensor which will determine a) if someone has approached a transmission line structure, b) is tampering with the structure, c) whether the structure is starting to lean. This will provide three different levels of alert. The concept has been documented, and the requirements for development are being scoped.
